Wood, being a living material, exhibits natural variations in grains and colors, contributing to its unique charm. These characteristics reflect the individuality of each piece. We season all our slabs to achieve the desired moisture content that helps restrict excessive movement of the wood.

For our wood and resin products, we sand them using 36-320 grit sandpaper. For products made entirely out of epoxy, the sandpaper goes up to 6000 grit, to ensure a sleek and smooth finish to all our products.

After meticulous sanding the product is sealed with wood sealers to contain the moisture content and prevent any excessive natural changes in the product.

However, wood may still undergo subtle changes over time, which are intrinsic to its nature and should not be considered as defects. It is important to appreciate the organic beauty of wood, understanding that slight irregularities in grains and colors are inherent and enhance the product’s authenticity. Please note that due to these natural variations, we cannot accept returns on products for slight irregularities in grains and colors. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the distinctive qualities of your wooden product.

Lead Time

For items ready to ship, it typically takes around 4-6 weeks, for door-to-door delivery. Custom products, on the other hand, can have a lead time of approximately 10-12 weeks, including the construction and shipping of the product. It’s important to note that these timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur. Also, please understand that the lead time begins once we’ve received full payment and all details for custom orders have been finalized. While we do our best to meet these estimates, we cannot always guarantee exact lead times due to unforeseen circumstances and involvement of third-party shipping service providers. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Hamdi Studios Limited Warranty Commitment

Hamdi Studio assumes responsibility and provides warranty coverage exclusively for products directly purchased from the brand and not through any third-party sellers. All our products come with a one-year warranty, excluding accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions, shipping by carriers other than Hamdi Studio, damages done to the product during security and customs clearance, regular wear and tear, user modifications, use of customer’s own material or third-party materials, improper installation, damage during packaging removal, extreme temperature variations, and normal cracking or wear due to use and aging.

Purchases Made Through External Retail Partners

For items acquired through retailers other than HamdiStudio.com, we kindly ask you to reach out directly to the respective retailer for any matters related to shipping, sales, and returns policies. Currently, Hamdi Studio is unable to process inquiries, returns, or claims for products bought outside of HamdiStudio.com.

Manufacturing Quality

At Hamdi Studio, we reserve the right to modify and refine our products as we advance in their production. Any substantial alterations to custom orders will be promptly communicated to the customer. It’s important to acknowledge that wood is a living material, and variations in grains and colors are inherent. Please note that not all irregularities should be considered defects; rather, they should be embraced as unique changes that may occur naturally over time or in different environments.

Return Guidelines

• Sale Items: All items marked as Sale are non-refundable.

• Non-Furniture Products: Accessories, mirrors, sculptures, and other non-furniture items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

• Defective or Incomplete Products: In the event of a defect or incomplete product, Hamdi Studio will initiate a refund for the affected item.

• Shipping and Handling: Charges for shipping and handling are nonrefundable.

• Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping and pickup fees, which are non-refundable.

Claims

To file a claim, please email us at sales@hamdistudio.com to receive a claim form. Digital photographs are required for assessment, and no replacements will be made without these items.

Important reminders: Keep all packaging for claims processing, retain shipping receipts, and inspect items within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance. Note damage carefully. Follow shipping company’s claims policy for damaged items. Defect determinations are at Hamdi Studio’s discretion. If purchased from a retailer, contact them directly for their claims policy. For manufacturing defects, a return authorization number will be processed in your favor by Hamdi Studio, and returns must include original packaging. Incomplete or damaged returns without defects will incur a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-Ship Products:

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• For cancellations made within 24 hours, a non-refundable 5% processing fee will still be charged.

• After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 15% of the order total will be applied.

• Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
