1. Flat Rate Ground Shipping: Hamdi Studio offers flat-rate ground shipping throughout the United States. Shipping and handling charges are quoted in U.S. dollars and include full insurance.

2. Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis and depend on the destination. Shipping charges include import duties and taxes.

3. Furniture Shipping:

• Furniture items will be shipped via standard parcel or LTL freight carrier.
• Deliveries are typically scheduled Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
• Customers must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
• Unless special arrangements are made, all shipments are curbside delivery.
• Storage and redelivery fees are the responsibility of the consignee and will be billed at cost.

4. Handling During Unpacking:

• Exercise caution when opening shipping cartons.
• Avoid using sharp tools to open cartons to prevent accidental damage to the furniture.
• Fully remove all staples, nails and screws before taking the item from the carton to prevent scratching.

• Express delivery is facilitated through air cargo, ensuring a faster shipping process.
• The time duration for express delivery will be specified during checkout. A flat rate is applied for express delivery across the USA.
• Shipping rates for express delivery are subject to change without prior notice.
